What I have to do & what I'd like to do:
The goals is to create any gap between these two entity and to integrate my own wishes in my work and not the contrary...
So, today, I write what I think I have to do in Viessmann, and I was (am) okay with the director to do that.
Engineer: future produces leader:

Nice comment annaëlle, just don't forget to pay attention on some details like "entitIES" and other point like the use that you've done with the words: example, seat = siège but for a company you should use another word more adapted like "head quarter" or "office" or "main office" or "GQ= general quarter". Pay attention to the tense too. You use the past for "became" but it's not well adapted with the context. Moreover, you choose the expression "take care" but in french it's the same like "prendre soin" and I think that you wanted to say "faire attention, veiller à, surveiller" and in this case it's better to use "pay attention to= prêter attention à". I also think that it's its adequacy WITH ... but I'm not sure. development plan is better than plan of development but you can say it like that. Anyway (=peu importe, malgré tout, en tout cas), it's a very good job you've done there and I think that you really are a lucky girl have found such a mission (une telle mission). So I have not yet defined my mission... let's do it now.
So my firm is Powerslide and based in Bayreuth in the north of the bavaria. It's a company which make all kind of stuffs in the rollerskating domain from the protections to the scooter, the frame, the aggressive skates etc...
Actually, i'm in the design team. It's a team of conception design which deals with everything concerning the new products and the new image of the brand.
I work mainly in english but also in german with the people who doesn't speack english (or not so good) and it's really funny.
So that's it. I will have to live in this german world and worrk on many things concerning rollerskating. Make some drawing of parts of the skates, some clothes too, and some screws?!?! :-) (lol...) Anyway, I will try to bring them a structure in their work (yes, yes they really are german but a little bit "à l'arrache" ^^).
